We typically reach out for crisps and cookies in between meals for their taste (sodium and sugar). Because watermelon is full of well – water, it helps keep you hydrated and flush out toxins from your body. It is fibrous as well and that is good for your digestive health. You are guaranteed to achieve satiety with watermelons. There are other kinds of melon you can consider having too. Honeydew melons are part of this low-calorie choice.
5. Boiled Eggs
Eggs are so nutritious for you to eat and helps with weight loss. It’s so useful for weight loss that there is a diet plan that can help you lose 20 pounds in 14 days and it is all about eggs! Eggs are protein (about 6 grams) making you feel fuller for a long time with very little carbohydrate contents. It is best you boil your eggs if you want to use it as healthy snacks. Frying defeats the purpose because the added oil will contribute to the nutritional value of the egg by adding fats to the list.

Greek yogurt is the healthiest type of yogurt you can eat. Yogurt is naturally healthy and beneficial to your gut and digestive health.
